The demonstration will feature the F-14D performing several aerobatic and tactical maneuver as well as showcasing what makes this one of a kind US Navy fighter different from land based combat aircraft. The demonstration will cover both the flight and operational envelopes. The texture of the aircraft is meant to be in the likeness of the VF-213 Blacklions CAG aircraft (AJ-213) during the squadrons last deployment in the Tomcat. During the deployment the squadron was attached to Carrier Air Wing 8 (CVW-8) on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).

About the Team:
The Virtual Thunderbirds, LLC is widely recognized online as the cyberspace equivalent of the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. We strive to perform the demo as authentically as possible, the exact same way the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds fly in real life. This year we're bringing an even faster and more action packed show, with precision timing, synchronized soundtracks and narration, to keep our crowd entertained at all times! The team practices on average twice per week, with much of our training spent studying procedures and in briefings, so we can make best use of the limited time when we actually strap the jets on and takeoff. To get an idea of how we fly, you're welcome to join our phantom server at any time and hang on for the ride. The Virtual Thunderbirds have been flying for over almost five years and this will be our third year performing at VFAT.

Information about the team (history):
The Green Severum is a solo preformed by me in the Virtual Festival of Aerobatic Teams 2008 Airshow. The history on the team is very short. Made only a few months before VFAT, I desided since this is my last year before starting college and than the real world I might as well give it a shot and do a solo flight for my last real major time playing Lock On Flaming Cliffs. The Green Severum's name was taken from an agressive fish I saw at work. I liked the name and the color green so everything worked out pretty good.

About the Team:
The VAT "Berkuts" was born in January 2008 with 5 pilots from the White Ravens aerobatic team.
Shortly after building the necessary basics for the group, the VAT Berkuts was pleased to provide a highly advanced Phantom server to the community. Since then, the VAT Berkuts became well known and an enjoyable place to fly for many pilots among the community.

At VFAT 2008 the VAT Berkuts will present a dynamic 4 ship program with many graceful maneuvers.
The Berkut pilots stand for high precision formation aerobatics, reached through dedication to the group and the love for aerobatic flight.

The Berkuts are truely, "Living the Sky".

About the Team:
The Eagles Acrobatic Team (EAT) is comprised of four virtual pilots that fly the virtual skies over
Crimea using the flight simulator called Lock On.

The EAT's are officially Air Dominators Italia's Eagle Squadron fighter pilots, that train each year
to perform their formation program within live aerobatic shows over the net, as well as in front
of live crowds like their first show in Italy at Forli city on May 6th and 7th of 2007!
The Eagles Aerobatic Team was founded on November 2005 by {adi}-Maiochine and was the
first aerobatic team in Italy using the Lock On simulator.
The Team began flying with the Russian made SU-27 aircraft and then moved to flying the
F-16C fighter jet and finaly to the F-15C Eagle for their demonstration team.

The EAT members are comprised from multi-national pilots that represent the Italian nation,
which is why during our show routines we have the colors of the Italian flag being drawn
behind our virtual aircraft..

SUPERSTARS are young Serbian virtual aerobatic team formed this year. Name and origins are connected with real flying experiences. The team is developing fast-paced realistic aerobatic training program for new members and attractive demonstration program for different sized display team. On VFAT 2008 SUPERSTARS will perform four-ship 25+8 minutes demo display, along with approx. 10 minutes solo display (performed separately).

59th VAB is a Hungarian virtual team. This is the virtual tally of real 59th Air Base (Kecskemét Air Base). We're formed in 2005 (before 42nd Red Hunters since 2001). Our team members are real military/civil pilots, airplane engineers, etc.

About the Display:
The Alphajet solo display was held for the first time last year in VFAT 2007 in a true challenge to show a display as close as possible as the real one performed by its French Air Force pilot "Ninja". Definitevely an eyeblink to the "former" carrer of Ninja as a virtual pilot in his free time...

This year more than ever, the "1 000 000 hours" livery will rock for the VFAT virtual sky for a ten minutes awesome show. One particularity of this livery is the fact that it was achieved by merging several internet project held by passionated people on the forum, and approved by "Ninja" and the "Armée de l'air "  herself.

Tha alphajet display always carries two pilots who are alternating the shows during the busy season, while in meantime, there's a coach and the "newcomer". Both pilot's have their own display...So do we this year, I will perform the "Ninja" demo, since Icemaker, will rock the "Picrate" 2008 demo!

Feel free to abandon yourself in the hand of Virtual Tator in VFAT2008!!!

About the solo :
2008 was the last year for the official technical presentation of the Mirage2000 (called "présentation alpha")
The Mirage will be replaced by the Rafale for next years.
It will be for me an honor to pay homage to all the pilots who make us dream during 25 years.

Moreover, that will also enable me to thank all the AdAMod Dev Team for all this time spent with them to make alive this splendid plane (and another ones ^^) in LockOn.
Especially Barbsman and Hubman, the insane ones which have had the idea of creating the AdA Mod

My program will not be inspired by the real "RALLOCH 2008" program.

About the team:
The 313° Gruppo P.A.N. Virtual, Frecce Tricolori Virtuali, is actually the virtual group that represents and simulates the equivalent of the famous Italian Military Air Force aerobatic team.
Born in April 2003, the 313° Gruppo F.T.V. aims to develop friendship and passion among the internet flight enthusiasts and those who esteem the real team and its famous aerobatic airshow with the synchronized formation flight and the precise soloist manoeuvres, using 10 Aermacchi MB339A PAN. It is an all Italian pilots team that practices on average twice per week on both MS Flight Simulator 2004 and Lock On Flaming Cliffs. It is the first year that the Frecce Tricolori Virtuali will be performing at VFAT with a reduced number of pilots due to the winter training sessions.
