Skin on VFAT 2008

I have some questin about skin. When i watch stream video replay, i see our old skin. New skin i upload on FTP.
Why you not input new skin in game? 
May be some problem?

Your new skin is corrupted and wouldn't work with ModMan.

Since were on the subject, the F-22 model .lom and skin .bmp are just in a zipped file. It isn't a full mod by modman, its just the files so it is a simple extract-'n'-place. Is that alright

plese provide a modman compatible package, we will not start to play around and try to find out were the files should be installed.
