Is it possable to use pad lock in the cockpit in fc2, I've tryout everything to lock on to aircraft when I'm in the cockpit view can anyone help me

You did read the manual, right?

Make sure the mission you are using allows padlocking... it's in the mission options. (GUI manual will show you where the options are.)
