Hi guys.
Recently, I have been working on a mod for FC2 and DCS. I have the 3d model ready, but I just need to know how to get the paints working etc. If someone could reply asap and tell me what to do, it would be very helpful. Cheesy

Your best bet is to research on the ED forums, many many many posts on there on how to do it Shift

Well here is a quick preview of the L-39C for you guys.

Work that is being done on the mod:
Ground Crew
Canopy Cover
Canopy Animations
Engine Covers
Gear textures etc.

Another image will be uploaded soon with the new VirtualBlueBolts repaint!

Why an L-39? There is already a pretty good model bundled with DCS, there is an L-39 module being worked on and is in a very advanced state.  If your making this to be public, I wouldn't expect many to get excited over it when there are better looking models already accessible and a really good looking module being worked on by some very talented people.

Your model looks pretty good, but Grab is right about the excellent L-39 module in progress, and the solid L-39 model already in-game.

I see your point there grab, but this is a private mod and I will make a simplified down version for the public to use on DCS and FC2. At the moment a cockpit is in-devlopment but the cockpit won't show up Sad. I will upload a few pics of the cockpit when it is working in DCS.

Shift,

This might be helpfull ...
Check this Su-33 mod for FC3 by CombatAce at LockOnFiles.
You can check out the structure and learn how and were to put your skin files, etc.
